Messages & privacy
These controls are enforced by the server the moment you change them — not just hidden in the interface.
Governs NEW direct-message conversations. People you already chat with can keep messaging you.
Governs friend requests only. People who are already your friends are unaffected.
Governs being added to NEW groups and invitations to existing groups. Groups you already belong to are unaffected.
Governs your public player page (/player.html). To anyone else it looks exactly as if the page did not exist.
Blocked users
Blocked users can't message you, send you friend requests or add you to groups, and you won't see their messages in shared group chats. Blocking someone also removes any friendship between you. Public community chat is a shared room and is not filtered by blocks.
